Description:

Characterized by an elongated and irregular shape and an intense yellow-ocher color, organic turmeric has a very volatile flavor while the color remains unchanged over time, being used in the food sector also as a dye. Naturally rich in minerals and vitamins, organic turmeric is rich in anticancer, detoxifying and anti-inflammatory properties, also providing a good energy supply. Used for multiple purposes in the kitchen, organic turmeric can be paired with recipes based on meat, fish and vegetables, but it can also accompany pasta dishes. Organic turmeric is preferred freshly grated on salads but is also used to flavor risottos, soups, soups and minestrone, where it is usually added after cooking.
