Caratterizzati da piccoli e sottili fiocchi di colore dorato e da un aroma delicato, i fiocchi di avena bio (piccoli) hanno un sapore corposo e tenero, privo di gusti estranei. Naturalmente ricchi di sali minerali e vitamine, i fiocchi di avena bio (piccoli) hanno un basso indice glicemico e sono, inoltre, fonte di fibre, proteine e acidi grassi essenziali.
