Organic hulled Cicerchie
Description:
Distribution and wholesale supply of untreated organic hulled peas, 100% natural, without salts and preservatives. Characterized by small spheres between white and ivory and a delicate aroma, the organic hulled peas have a strong and full flavor, devoid of foreign tastes. Naturally rich in mineral salts and vitamins, organic hulled peas are low in fat and are also a good source of fiber and protein. Used for multiple purposes in the kitchen, organic peeled peas can be used in the preparation of soups, minestrone, velvety and puree, but also to flavor salads, potatoes, mushrooms and vegetables. The organic hulled cicerchie should be soaked for about 24 hours in warm and salty water, before being rinsed and cooked as desired.
