Description:
Distribution and wholesale supply of untreated organic star anise, natural 100%, without salt and preservatives. Characterized by its typical star shape ranging from medium brown to dark brown and a solid texture, organic star anise has a licorice-like flavor, devoid of foreign tastes. Rich in fiber and proteins, organic star anise is used for the preparation of herbal teas, sweets, infusions and liqueurs, but also as ingredients of savory dishes such as broths, soups, so it is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Organic star anise can also be paired with cheeses, meat, vegetables and legumes.Â
