Description:

Characterized by a powder between white and brownish and by a delicate aroma, the organic whole wheat flour has a strong and unmistakable flavor, devoid of extraneous tastes. Naturally rich in mineral salts and vitamins, whole wheat flour is the most complete, has a high energy intake and is a source of fiber and protein.
