Description:
Distribuzione e fornitura all’ingrosso di avena decorticata bio non trattata, 100% naturale, senza sali e conservanti. Caratterizzata da chicchi di forma allungata di colore chiaro e da un aroma delicato, l’avena decorticata bio ha un sapore gradevolmente dolce, privo di gusti estranei. Naturalmente ricca di sali minerali e vitamine, l’avena decorticata bio è uno dei cereali con il più basso indice glicemico ed è, inoltre, fonte di fibre, proteine, e acidi grassi essenziali. Utilizzata per molteplici scopi in cucina, l’avena decorticata è l’ingrediente essenziale per i muesli da colazione, ma può essere impiegata, dopo essere stata cotta, anche nella preparazione di contorni, insalate o polpette vegetali. L’avena decorticata può essere aggiunta, inoltre, anche a vellutate e zuppe vegetali o di legumi.
