Description:
Distribution and wholesale supply of untreated organic prickly pear flour, natural 100%, without salts and preservatives. Renowned for its excellent nutritional properties, organic prickly pear flour is obtained by grinding prickly pear seeds from certified organic Sicilian crops. It is ideal for bread making, for the preparation of gourmet breading and also as a thickener. In the kitchen it is used for the preparation of sweets, baked goods, biscuits, as well as for soups, stews and smoothies.
