Description:
Wholesale distribution and supply of untreated organic durum wheat semolina, 100% natural, without salts and preservatives. Characterized by a very fine powder of an intense yellow color and a delicate aroma, the re-milled organic durum wheat semolina has a strong and unmistakable flavor, free from extraneous tastes. Naturally rich in minerals and vitamins, organic durum wheat re-milled semolina owes its color to the presence of carotenoids, which also give it antioxidant properties and is also a source of fiber and proteins. Used for multiple purposes in the kitchen, organic durum wheat re-milled semolina can be used in the preparation of normal or filled pasta, semolina gnocchi, bread, pizza, focaccia, but also biscuits, cakes and breading.
