Description:
Distribuzione e fornitura all’ingrosso di farina di quinoa bio non trattata, 100% naturale, senza sali e conservanti. Caratterizzata da una polvere finissima tra il bianco e l’avorio e da un aroma delicato, la farina di quinoa bio ha un sapore deciso e gustoso, privo di gusti estranei. Naturalmente ricca di sali minerali e vitamine, la farina di quinoa bio è un alimento ricco con proprietà benefiche, è privo di glutine ed è, inoltre, fonte di fibre e proteine. Utilizzata per molteplici scopi in cucina, la farina di quinoa bio può essere impiegata nella preparazione di pane, torte salate, grissini e gallette, ma anche di dolci, biscotti, torte e crostate.
