Distribuzione e fornitura all’ingrosso di farina di Polenta di mais bio istantanea non trattata, 100% naturale, senza sali e conservanti. Una polvere di colore giallo intenso e da un aroma inconfondibile, dal sapore e gusto deciso e corposo. Naturalmente ricca di sali minerali e vitamine, la farina di Polenta di mais bio ha proprietà antiossidanti ed è ricca di lipidi, di fibre e proteine. Dai tempi di cottura rapidissimi (2 min) viene utilizzata in cucina, sia come ingrediente principale della polenta, che per la realizzazione di gustose ricette sia dolci che salate. La farina di Polenta di mais bio istantanea è un alimento privo di glutine ed è adatto inoltre per l’alimentazione dei vegani e vegetariani.
