Organic barberries
Description:
Wholesale distribution and supply of organic, 100% natural, untreated barberries. Characterized by a red color and a sour taste, our organic barberries come from the Berberis vulgaris L. variety produced in compliance with the rules of organic farming to which 0.6% organic sunflower oil is added. The organic barberries can be used for preparing excellent jams or they can simply be eaten fresh. They are also rich in Vitamin C and malic acid (which is why they have a slightly acidic taste).
