Ottenuto mediante pressatura meccanica delle fave di cacao, viene successivamente filtrato. II burro di cacao deodorato bio è un grasso solido composto da acidi grassi misti principalmente palmitico, stearico e oleico, dalle numerose proprietà benefiche. Il burro di cacao deodorato bio presenta numerosi campi d’impiego, tra cui: consumo umano e scopi industriali, produzione di derivati del cacao per l’industria del cioccolato; in pasticceria, soprattutto per prodotti al gusto di cioccolato.
