Naturally rich in minerals and vitamins, organic chestnuts are recommended for those suffering from anemia and are excellent allies of the nervous system, against anxiety and stress. Used for multiple purposes in the kitchen, organic chestnuts can be used in the preparation of sweets, biscuits, pies and cakes, but they can also enrich cereals, yogurt and muesli.
