Organic semolina macaroni
Description:
Distribution and wholesale supply of untreated organic semolina macaroni, natural 100%, without salts and preservatives. Characterized by a straw yellow color, a full-bodied consistency, the characteristic shape and the rough and porous structure, they make organic semolina macaroni suitable for holding any type of condiment. Naturally rich in vitamins, fiber and mineral salts, organic semolina macaroni contain carotenoids, which give it antioxidant properties, they also contain proteins and gluten and have a lower glycemic index than classic pasta. Used for multiple purposes in the kitchen, organic semolina macaroni can be paired with different types of sauces including those based on vegetables or those based on fish or meat. The organic semolina macaroni have a full taste and a very full-bodied texture, with a rustic and artisanal appearance. The cooking time is about 10/12 minutes.
