Characterized by a straw yellow color, a full-bodied taste and a rough and porous consistency, the organic semi-wholemeal rigatoni thanks to this characteristic hold more any type of condiment. Naturally rich in vitamins and complex carbohydrates, also representing a rich source of zinc, organic semi-wholemeal rigatoni contain a high percentage of proteins and fibers, giving satiating properties, slowing down the absorption of carbohydrates and promoting intestinal regularity. Used for multiple purposes in the kitchen, organic semi-wholemeal rigatoni can be paired with different types of sauces including those based on vegetables or those based on fish or meat.
