Distribuzione e fornitura all’ingrosso di curcuma in polvere bio non trattata, 100% naturale, senza sali e conservanti. Caratterizzati da un colore arancio/giallo e da un inconfondibile aroma, la curcuma in polvere bio ha un sapore speziato, pungente, amarognolo, privo di gusti estranei. Con le sue proprietà antiossidanti, la curcuma in polvere bio è fonte di vitamine e sali minerali, ma anche di proteine e fibre. Utilizzati per molteplici scopi in cucina, la curcuma in polvere bio può essere impiegati per la preparazione di dolci e biscotti, ma anche di crackers e grissini, può arricchire minestre, creme e salse. La curcuma in polvere bio può essere l’ingrediente principale di tisane e infusi o di primi piatti, e allo stesso tempo ornare secondi piatti a base di pesce o carne.
