Distribuzione e fornitura all’ingrosso di aglio in polvere bio di origine italiana, non trattato, 100% naturale, senza sali e conservanti. L’aglio in polvere bio è una polvere finissima di colore avorio, caratterizzata da un aroma tipico, un sapore speziato. Il suo gusto èpiù delicato rispetto a quello del bulbo fresco ed è privo di gusti estranei. E’ un alimento naturalmente ricco di sali minerali e vitamine, quasi totalmente privo di grassi. L’aglio in polvere bio è rinomato, inoltre, per le sue proprietà antibatteriche e viene notevolmente utilizzato in cucina. Ottimo in ricette a base di carne, pesce e verdure, ma può accompagnare anche primi piatti.
